2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

3. Cancellation requests are subject to order status and confirmation by the RUNNICS customer support team.

4. If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are available only for eligible products, subject to the conditions mentioned on the respective product page.

2. Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product, wherever the product is eligible for return or exchange.

3. Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product or design ordered.

4. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Products that do not meet the above conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.

6. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, subject to applicable law.

7. If reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer's location, the customer may be required to ship the eligible product to the return address provided by RUNNICS customer support.

8. Return shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

3. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are applicable only to orders that qualify under our return or cancellation policy.

2. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, RUNNICS will notify the customer of the refund approval status.
